Circletex provides a web application in Dutch, French and English for companies to consult documents and to make their declarations. This can be done manually or by uploading a CSV file. Instructions on how to do this are inside the application.

This declaration process is completely anonymous. That means that only you have access to the details of your own declarations. No other person, not even a system administrator, can make the connection between a declaration and your company.

Even in case of a data breach or hack, no useful information can be retrieved.

Circletex does receive a summary of your declaration that only has the data to calculate the required fees, but contains no details.
